Nokia is back to its roots, will launch new smartphones in Finland today

Nokia has recently launched a series of press event in Asia and other parts of the world to unveil their latest mobile offerings running on Android operating system, including the legendary feature phone, Nokia 3310.  Today, Nokia is once again attempting to gain foothold on its home land, Finland.

The Nokia 6 sports a 5.5-inch fullHD display, 3GB / 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of expandable storage. It is powered by Snapdragon 430 64-bit octa-core SoC, and packs a 3,000mAh battery. Same goes with the Nokia 5 and Nokia 3, on the other hand, sports 5.2-inch and 5-inch displays, respectively. Both devices come with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of expandable internal storage. The Nokia 5 is powered by Snapdragon 430, while the Nokia 3 comes with the MediaTek MT6737 SoC.

All three devices run Android Nougat out of the box, and the company has recently confirmed that they will get the Android O update. Pricing and availability will be announced after the event.

Other countries will also have its official launch this week including the Philippines, India and Vietnam.


UPDATE: Nokia 3 will be available for a price of EUR 149 from June 13. Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 will be available to buy on June 20 priced at EUR 199 and 249.
