The Nokia 1 was announced few months ago in Barcelona, alongside with the Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 6.1. It packs a decent 4.5” FWVGA IPS display, 1GB RAM, Quad-Core Mediatek processor (same with the Nokia 3), fast LTE and 5MP/2MP camera. It is also the first commercially-released device to get advantage of Google’s Android Go Edition. It is yet the most affordable Nokia smartphone.
What’s interesting about the Nokia 1 is the interchangeable back covers. This is something is unique to Nokia smartphones even before. This feature is called ‘Xpress-On covers’ and it comes in four vibrant colors including Yellow, Azure, Pink and White. It is a very good selling point especially for people who always want to change the back covers depending on their mood.
Based from the image above, HMD is planning to release two new Xpress-On color options soon. The two new colors are Teal and Lilac, however, it is yet to announce when and which region these lovely colors will become available.
